Meet Wilma
It is a joy to help authors navigate the book marketing process and help them bring their vision to life! I bring over 15 years of marketing experience in the book publishing space - digital strategies, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing and influencer partnerships. I do this with data and analytics so that I can focus on optimization where it matters the most. While the process can be overwhelming for new authors, I find it rewarding to share my expertise and empower them to feel more confident as they prepare for their book launch.
In my spare time I enjoy investing in loved ones, reading medical thrillers, exploring cultural events, serving others through various Christian ministries, and trying my hand at new baking recipes.
Why did I choose Charis for the marketing studio name? In Greek, this verb can be defined as “grace, favor, kindness and blessing". These values will guide the studio as I work with authors, especially new ones, who need guidance as they move through the book launch process.
